Hendrik Stadtler and Stefan Frece have been working together in a variety of constellations since 2008, before deciding to pool all their experience and found FlexPartner Personalmanagement GmbH, a brand that is characterised by personal and trusting cooperation with employees, clients and applicants, enabling it to establish itself on the market as a permanent personnel partner.
In the meantime, FlexPartner Personalmanagement GmbH has a very large customer base and, due to its successful SCP certification in 2021, can present a certified and accredited management system for occupational health and safety. With this, FlexPartner Personalmanagement GmbH guarantees employees and customers the maximum standard for safety, health and environmental protection that can be achieved in the industry and allows, for example, assignments in power plants, chemical and energy companies. Through annual audits, the processes and procedures are controlled, adjusted and evaluated - in this way, FlexPartner Personalmanagement GmbH is in a continuous improvement process in which all employees and customers can participate.
As a training company, FlexPartner Personalmanagement GmbH can be proud of many successful graduates in the field of personnel service clerks and clerks for office management. Since 2008, Mr Stadtler, a qualified business graduate, has been active as a trainer and, with the qualified personnel services clerk Mr Frece at his side, he has successfully supported trainees on their way to the final examination every year.
