YES - as an employee you will receive a permanent employment contract with social security and collective bargaining principles. We guarantee the fulfillment of our contractual obligations and thus enable long-term employment with us!
Paid vacation is guaranteed just like continued pay. You will continue to receive your salary as normal.
After a maximum of 9 months of employment with the same client, you will receive the same wage as a permanent employee. However, with FlexPartner Personalmanagement GmbH it can also happen that you receive the same or a better wage right from the start. Since FlexPartner often pays above the standard pay scale, as well as offers travel reimbursement and other additional benefits, the gap between the salaries is often very small.
Temporary breaks between two jobs are compensated with hours from the working time account on the basis of collectively agreed and statutory regulations, so that our employees continue to receive their full wages.
